Marie Sklodowska-Curie Postdoctoral Fellowships
The Department of Sociology III at the Universidad Nacional de Educación a Distancia (UNED) in Madrid invites Expression of Interest proposals to participate in the Marie Sklodowska-Curie Postdoctoral Fellowship with the Department as host institution. UNED is the biggest University of Europe by number of students with centers worldwide and offers great flexibility, stability, and time to pursue own research. The Department of Sociology III is located at the Faculty of Political Sciences & Sociology, a vibrant place for intellectual development with capacity to welcome new talented researchers.
We welcome candidates who want to research about gender, urban sociology, family
dynamics, educational inequalities, social demography, (un)paid labor, politics of inequality, poverty, population aging, crime, or technological change. The Marie Sklodowska-Curie Postdoctoral Fellowships are prestigious scholarships that provide generous founding to pursue own research during a 2-year period. Note that the scholarship also provides extra founding for mobility, training, research costs, and family, if applicable. The requierements are as follow:
- PhD degree at the time of the deadline or 4-year equivalent research experience.
- PhD is no more than 8 years ago at the time of the deadline.
- Applicants cannot have spent more than 12 months in Spain in the 3 years preceding the deadline.
